day 2 for the oatmeal diet.


BREAKFAST:

oatmeal 1 cup w/ raisin nuts
half slice of green apple
low fat milk

LUNCH:

half cup oatmeal w/ raisin and nuts
low fat milk
half slice of cucumber w/ iodized salt
green apple(HALF slice)

DINNER:
