im no longer doing OATMEAL DIET regularly, and currently being back to my Original Weight again at 70 KGS.

Man its soo Hard to work on weightloss management, even being a vegan. especially when you're on the Phils.

day 2 for the oatmeal diet.


BREAKFAST:

oatmeal 1 cup w/ raisin nuts
half slice of green apple
low fat milk

LUNCH:

half cup oatmeal w/ raisin and nuts
low fat milk
half slice of cucumber w/ iodized salt
green apple(HALF slice)

DINNER:

1/2 cup oatmeal (microwaved) mixed with raisin
pistachios,almonds
lowfat milk
fruits : green apples
vegetables : sliced carrots.

 DINNER:

1cup oatmeal wd raisins

pistachios,almonds
lowfat milk
